Ema’s application stood out amongst an incredibly strong group of submissions this year. Her video told us a story that demonstrated her commitment, passion and work ethic (Congrats on the win!). Ian McNight’s reccomendation, Ema’s coach, showed how her efforts inspire him and how much he enjoys coaching her. Finally, her goals and aspirations really align with the goal of this sponsorship.
